Thanks for visiting Oldies 99.3, KVLD!

The stations which make up Max Media of Arkansas first came together in 1998, when the principals of KVOM, Inc. formed River Valley Radio Group, LLC, and acquired three Russellville/Dardanelle stations, KWKK-FM, KCJC-FM and KCAB-AM. They put those together with an FM license in Atkins, AR, and successfully obtained the construction permit from the FCC in April, 1998. That station eventually became KVLD-FM. The six stations were purchased by Max Media of Arkansas, LLC, in June of 2003.
